Group D: SKST Mart Hodonin Stavoimpex – KTS Enea Sirka Tarnobrzeg 0:3

Former ECLW runner-up and actual no. 2 seed KTS Enea Sirka Tarnobrzeg 0:3 from Poland had an easy job in Czech Republic where they beat SKST Mart Hodonin Stavoimpex 3:0 allowing just two games to their opponents. It was second win in a row of Poland’s champion in Group D.

The opening encounter was extended to full distance where 2015 individual European champion Elizabeta SAMARA managed to reverse the score from 1-2 to 3-2. Other two clashes were decided in straight sets: 2013 ECH bronze medallist HAN Ying beat former Tarnobrzeg’s Natalia PARTYKA while recently crowned 2018 ECH champion LI Qian prevailed against Solomiya BRATEYKO.
