Last year semi finalists ALCL TT Grand-Quevilly easily prevailed in the Round of 16 match against ACS Dumbravita in the Women’s Europe Cup. In France host secured opening leg victory in straight matches against Romania’ club.

SUN Jiaju gave host good start with 3-0 win over Mihaela ILIE whilst Galia DVORAK needed one more to overcame Andreea ZANFIR. Closest to the point get Angela TOMA. She forced Roza SOPOSKI to go full distance before she lost.
