TTSC UMMC and GV Hennebont TT clinched top two positions in Group B

The fights for the two positions that leads to the quarterfinal of the TT European Champions Legue Men are finished in Group B. At the top of the Group is TTSC UMMC who had tough moments in Verkhnaya Pyshma whilst second position is secured by French Gv Hennebont TT.

Top Spin Messina Fontalba went full distance twice in previous two days but today’s defeat put them at the position no. three and they will move to the Europe Cup.

TTSC UMMC lost yesterday against GV Hennebont TT but today they were at the top of the game against Italian side. Three clubs has two wins and one defeat but TTSC UMMC knew how won the “right match”.

“We were struggling it was not easy tournament for us but most important thing is that we are in the quarterfinal ” said GROTH who was ill before the tournament and joined the club at the last moment.

Gv Hennebont TT beat Solex-Consult Wiener Neustadt. They lost to Top Spin Messina Fontalba at the opening day.
