1. FC Saarbrücken TT and K.S. Dekorglass Dzialdowo completed the list of the quarterfinalists

Unbeaten at the home soil 1. FC Saarbrücken TT clinched the top position in Group C and progressed to the quarterfinal of the TT European Champions League Men. K.S. Dekorglass Dzialdowo with two wins and one defeat also booked the place among top 8 clubs in Europe.

From the Stage two to the quarters progressed: Borussia Dusseldorf and Sporting Clube De Portugal from Group A TTSC UMMC and GV Hennebont TT from Group B and Fakel-Gazprom Orenburg and TTC Neu-Ulm from Group D.

On the last hurdle in Saarbrücken winners of the Group lost only one individual match. In five games battle Emmanuel LEBESSON beat Darko JORGIC. Olav KOSOLOSKY also was involved in full five games match but in close finish Adrien MATTENET failed to bring more drama in the match. Patrick FRANZISKA was at the top of the task with two 3:0 wins.

In the last match in the Group K.S. Dekorglass Dzialdowo overcame Denmark’s Roskilde Bordtennis Btk61 in effective style. Jakub DYJAS Truls MOREGARD and Taimu ARINOBU produced straight matches win against the Roskilde’s Jens LUNDQVIST Michael MAZE and Mikkel HINDERSSON.
