The 2023-2024 European Club Competitions Registration open

The ETTU announced the registration process and competition schedule for the 2023-2024 European Club Competitions.

Registration deadlines and procedure: 

Closing date for Wild Card application as well as teams and players registrations:

Monday 17th July 2023 (midnight CET).

Registrations (wild card requests and teams and players) must be made via the clubs’ National Association at the ETTU online entry system.

Registration form which the clubs may fill in and submit to their National Association for online registration is available on the link as above.

National Associations are invited in addition to the online registration to forward approved forms to ETTU at club@ettu.org (for a double-check).

Deadline for the additional team information including pictures:

Thursday 10th August 2023 (midnight CET)

The clubs must send the additional information by email to club@ettu.org andana.ivosevic@ettu.org 

Closing date for Europe Trophy registration (prolonged to):

Saturday 30th September 2023 (midnight CET)

Deadline for the Europe Trophy additional team information including pictures:

Sunday 15th October 2023 (midnight CET)

Draw:

Saturday 22nd July 2023 start time tbc in Gliwice Poland at the venue of the European Youth Championships for Championships Leagues and Europe Cups.

Europe Trophy Men and Women competition dates:

REGIONAL S1: 8-10.12.2023

*In case the earlier round in a competition week is played on a Thursday the later round in that competition week and of the same group can only be played starting on a Saturday.

** In case the 1st leg of Round 3 in Europe Cup is played on a Tuesday the 2nd leg of that Round and only between the same match pairing can only be played starting on a Thursday.

The dates are subject to change by ETTU in case of any change at the international TT calendar.

KO stage:

After further analysis and discussions and considering calendar constrains the ETTU Executive Board suspended for season 2023-2024 its decision of 7th April to reintroduce quarter finals with home and away matches for the Champions League men. The EB will review at a later time if the quarter finals can be implemented in the season 2024-2025.

The Executive Board decided as there was no successful hosting application for the 2024 Champions League Women Final 4 received to return to the former ECLW competition format with home and away matches at the KO (final) stage.

The Executive Board will analyse the feasibility of an eventual Europe Cup (men and women) Final 4 event for the season 2023-2024 at a later stage.

The host and competition dates of the 2024 European Champions League men will be announced within short.
