ZATOWKA leads the Polish challenge in Wladyslawowo

Wladyslawowo will host the 2014 Polish Junior & Cadet Open – ITTF Premium Junior Circuit. The tournament commences on Wednesday 28th May and concludes on Sunday 1st June 2014.

The 2014 Polish Junior and Cadet Open will feature teams, singles and doubles events in the junior and cadet age group categories.The Organizing Committee offers a total prize fund of US$8,000.

Local eyes will very much focus on Patryk ZATOWKA. Currently listed at no.35 on the Under 18 Boys’ World Rankings, he leads the host nation’s challenge. The ultimate goal is to emulate the achievement of his compatriot, Jakub DYJAS; the winner of the Junior Boys’ Singles event one year ago.

A total of 287 players have entered the 2014 Polish Junior and Cadet Open; representing no less than 32 national associations. The national associations represented are: Austria, Belgium, Belarus, Brazil, Chinese Taipei, the Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Lithuania, Moldova, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Scotland, Slovenia, Serbia, Switzerland, Slovak Republic, Sweden, Turkey and Wales
