The top seed of 2014/15 Women`s European Champions League, Fenerbahce beat Szekszard 3:1 in the Round 3 of Group A. Turkish champion now has 3-0 score and 9-1 match ratio, so they can already set their plans for the semi-final.

Istanbul`s side presented today its new player, world`s no. 6 WU Yang, the best ranked participant in 2014/15 WECL. Chinese confirmed her class winning both her games easily, in opening encounter against Petra LOVAS and in the last one when she overcame 2013 individually European champion, LI Fen (no. 12) who is the third best ranked WECL player.

The 2011 ECH runner-up Irene IVANCAN remains unbeaten, having now 3-0 individual score. German overcame LI Fen in four games to double Fenerbahce`s lead – 2:0.

The most interesting clash was seen between two lowest ranked players on ITTF ranking list: Yana NOSKOVA and Alexa SZVITACS. Host took opening set in close fight, while next three belonged to Hungarian who needed more than one set ball in each winning set.
