ETTU issued official communication regarding the opening of the bidding for the 2015 European Championships.

“Following the decision of the German Table Tennis Association (DTTB) not to stage the 2015 European Championships the ETTU Executive Board has decided to re-open the bidding for the 2015 European Championships. We are grateful for all the hard work done by our German friends but it is now necessary to make alternative arrangements for the successful staging of the event and to find a new organiser for the 2015 European Championships.

Therefore we invite Member Associations to inform us of their interest, willingness and capabilities to organise a combined Team and Individual Championships by email to the ETTU Secretary General Richard SCRUTON by email (rcsettu@pt.lu) no later than Monday 16th June 2014.

We are fully aware of the time constraints and short notice given, so if you do not have the possibility to organise a combined Team and Individual Championships, we will accept your notice of interest for either a 2015 Team Championships or a 2015 Individual Championships.
