Rodina Arkhangelsk clinched the crown in Russia

In Nizhny Novgorod, Arkhangelsk won the decisive play off final match in Russian club championships 2012-2013 against Sdyusshor-13 (Nizhny Novgorod). They become Russia’s champions for the first time in its history. 

Despite the defeat in the opening match of final in straight games, Arkhangelsk prevailed in next two duels. In both occasions Sdyusshor-13 forced their adversaries to go full distance.

For the winners have played Anastasia VORONOVA, Julia PROKHOROVA, Veronika PAVLOVICH and Alexandra KUZNETSOVA

KNT Tyumen (Tyumen) was third.
