On Sunday, November 3rd, two great German clubs will meet in Brose-Arena at Bamberg: TTF Liebherr Ochsenhausen – Borussia Dusseldorf (15:00 CET). This Bundesliga`s Round 6 match is in the same time “Rainer IHLE Memorial Game”, dedicated to Ochsenhausen`s long-time president Rainer IHLE who died suddenly on 9th of July 2013 at the age of 57. He dedicated his life to table tennis and especially his contribution to the European table tennis was enormous.
The match will be held in famous basketball hall at Bamberg where Ochsenhausen already played its games in 2008 and 2012. These two clubs showed many great encounters and two of them were in 2009 European Champions League final. The 2004 Olympic champion RYU Seung Min leads the host side, while six-time individual European champion Timo BOLL is key man of the guests.
