ZMIROY and ASCHWANDEN won gold in Switzerland

At the Swiss National Championships Samy ZMIROY and Rahel ASCHWANDEN clinched the titles in their respective Men’s and Women’s Singles Event.

In the final of the Women’s Singles Event Rahel ASCHWANDEN beat Laura SCHÄRRER. Rachel MORET and Vera BAZZI clinched bronze.
At the final hurdle in men’s singles event Samy ZMIROU overcame Thierry MILLER. Christian HOTZ and Denis JOSET concluded the Championships at position no. three.

New champions in Women’s Doubles Event are MORET and ASCHWANDEN. Silver went to BAZZI and WEISS, whilst SIMONET, GONZALER and EHRISMANN, SCHEMPP won bronze.

In the Men’s Doubles Event HOTZ and VORHERR THILO beat JOSET and ALTERMATT to clinch the title. MILLER and RENOLD lost their semi final encounter. Also MOHLER and STEVANOVIC suffered at the penultimate stage.

MOHLER and MORET clinched the title in Mixed Doubles Event.
